UrbanServe is committed to providing a smooth and reliable service experience. As a platform that connects customers with independent local service providers, UrbanServe facilitates bookings and coordination but does not directly perform the services. As a result, refund decisions may depend on the nature of the issue and the service provided.
Customers may request to cancel a service; however, cancellation eligibility and any applicable refunds depend on how close the request is made to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund, while last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may not be refundable.
If a service is not completed due to a provider no-show or failure to deliver the agreed-upon service, UrbanServe may, at its discretion, offer a full or partial refund, credit, or rescheduling option. If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of service, they are encouraged to contact UrbanServe as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.
UrbanServe does not guarantee refunds for issues related to service quality, as services are performed by independent third-party providers. However, we will make reasonable efforts to work with both the customer and the service provider to reach a fair resolution.
In cases where payments are processed through UrbanServe, refunds, if approved, will be issued back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
UrbanServe reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of misuse, false claims, or violations of our Terms of Service. By booking a service through UrbanServe, you agree to this Refund Policy.
